LACK OF MONEY DELAYS JOINT RUSSIAN/UKRAINIAN MILITARY TRANSPORT.
Publication: Monitor Volume: 3 Issue: 81
The failure of the Russian and Ukrainian defense ministries to pay their bills is hampering the production of the Antonov An-70 turbo-prop military transport — a plane chosen by both air forces. The first prototype of the transport crashed in February 1995. (Unian, April 21)
