UKRAINIAN PARLIAMENT ISSUES ULTIMATUM TO CRIMEA.

The Ukrainianparliament adopted a resolution demanding that by June 1 Crimean authorities must drop plans to hold a referendum on relations with Kiev and Moscow, and must subordinate the local constitution and laws to those of Ukraine by that date, Kiev radio reported. The parliament did not say what would happen if Crimea failed to do so, but the harsh language suggests that ever more parliamentarians want a harsh response.
