YELTSIN DISMISSES TWO AIDES.
President Boris Yeltsin has dismissed two presidential aides — Lev Sukhanov, who is retiring, and Georgy Satarov, who is leaving "in connection with his transfer to another post." No reason for Satarov’s departure was given. He has lately been heading a team said to be working out a new "Russian idea" to replace Communist ideals. (Itar-Tass, September 16)
