LEBED’S OUSTER COULD BRING PROBLEMS.

Lt. Gen. Aleksandr Lebed will announce his intentions at a press conference May 12, but if he leaves his post as commander of the 14th Russian Army in Moldova’s Trandniestr region, that step could reignite the conflict there.
