Matthew Fricker

Matthew Fricker is a researcher at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and co-author of a paper with Avery Plaw entitled “Sudden Justice? Evaluating the U.S. Predator Campaign in Pakistan," which was presented at the International Studies Association Annual Meeting 2010 in New Orleans.
