Thomas M. Skypek is a Washington-based defense analyst who specializes in military transformation, deterrence and U.S. defense policy. He has supported research and analysis efforts for the Departments of Defense, Energy and Central Intelligence Agency. He holds a Masters degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University.
