Todor Tagarev

Todor Tagarev is a professor at the Institute of Information and Communications Technology of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Head of the Center for Security and Defense Management. On several occasions in his career, he has moved from academia to government and back and served as Minister of Defense in Bulgaria's Caretaker Government, March-May 2013. Prof. Tagarev has significant experience in leading interdisciplinary and international research, most recently focused on cybersecurity and crisis management
