Victor Davidoff
Victor Davidoff is a Soviet dissident and human rights activist. He worked as the editor-in-chief of the Globus news agency (1993-2005) and was the publisher of the New Chronicle of Current Events (2015-2019). As an independent journalist, he has written for Radio Liberty and Voice of America. Davidoff is the author of The Ninth Circle (Moscow, 2021), a study of the abuse of psychiatry for political purposes in the USSR. He is an expert on Russian politics and the human rights situation in Russia.
