William H. Persing

William Persing is a research assistant at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. He received his BA in Russian Studies and economics from Bucknell University and a MA in Regional Studies: Russia, Eurasia, Eastern Europe from Columbia University’s Harriman Institute. At Columbia he specialized in energy security and legacies of Soviet centralized economic planning.
