CLINTON REPORTEDLY WILL EASE LIMITS ON SUPERCOMPUTER EXPORTS.

Reuters quotes administration officials as saying that President Clinton will today announce that he is easing export restrictions on the sale of supercomputers. Critics charge that the decision will make it easier for other nations to develop nuclear arsenals. They said the changes not only will make it easier to sell the supercomputers in Russia and China, but also Pakistan, India and Israel.
