Peter Mattis Quoted in FT and Newsroom Joint Investigation
Jamestown Fellow and former Editor of China Brief Peter Mattis was quoted by the Financial Times and New Zealand-based Newsroom as part of their investigation into the background of a New Zealand MP, Jian Yang. Mr. Yang spent time studying and teaching at the People’s Liberation Army-Air Force Engineering College and Luoyang language Institute (which trains PLA cryptological linguists). Mr. Mattis is currently working on a book covering the history of China’s intelligence apparatus.
