Russia’s prosecutor general will now submit evidence to a Spanish magistrate to show that Gusinsky, the head of NTV and other properties in the Media Most group, should be extradited to stand trial in Moscow for financial fraud and embezzlement. Gusinsky’s lawyers insist that the case against their client is itself fraudulent and politically motivated….
