Moreover, she has international academic and professional experience working on European Union affairs. Ms. Pipikaite speaks fluent Lithuanian, English and German, and is proficient in Italian and French. Based in Washington, DC, she currently specializes in US policy toward the Eastern European and South Caucasus regions.
