Azime Telli

Azime Telli graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 2000. She completed her master's degree in Management Sciences. She completed her doctorate at Kocaeli University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of International Relations. She wrote her doctoral thesis on energy diplomacy in the Caspian Basin. Within the scope of her doctoral thesis, she was a visiting researcher at the Azerbaijan Presidency Strategic Research Center. Her doctoral thesis was published with the title of "Energy Diplomacy in the Caspian Basin: Cooperation and Conflict." She specializes in energy policy, energy security, and energy diplomacy. She has many international and national publications in her field and has been working as a faculty member at Mersin University, Department of International Relations, since 2017.
