Harold Chambers
Harold Chambers is a researcher on the Caucasus, focusing on nationalities and security issues. Mr. Chambers graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in Russian language and culture, and previously interned at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (GFSIS) in Tbilisi, where he wrote on Chechen expansionism and its influence on Georgian foreign policy.
