Rana Siu Inboden

Dr. Rana Siu Inboden is a Senior Fellow with the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law at the University of Texas-Austin.  She focuses on China, human rights, and international relations.  She is the author of China and the International Human Rights Regime (Cambridge University Press, 2021).  She received her DPhil at the University of Oxford and previously worked at the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor.
