William van der Veen is a strategic communications professional with experience across a range of industries. He has previously worked with United Nations Women and United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Counter-Piracy Programme in Nairobi, Kenya. He obtained his MA from the American University in Cairo and his BA from Colby College. He currently resides in Arlington, VA.
