Leadersof the communist-allied Agrarian Party will use demonstrations,strikes and other measure to advance their agenda, Segodnyasaid June 27. Claiming that the current government was simplyfollowing "the demands of Western monopolies," the Agrarianssaid that they would push for a radical shift in Moscow’s line:an end to value added taxes, an end to the privatization of landand natural resources, and a return to the state monopoly of foreigntrade.
