BELGRADE DISMISSES ZHIRINOVSKY DETAINMENT.

The foreign minister of rump Yugoslavia, in Moscow yesterday on an official visit, called the recent detention by Yugoslav border guards of Russian ultranationalist leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky an incident of no consequence.
