DUMA CONCERNED ABOUT WESTERN PURCHASES OF RUSSIAN DEFENSE INDUSTRIES.

Two US firms hold more than 54 percent of the stock in the Avrora electronics plant, and German firms own 20 percent of the Kaluga shipbuilding yards, to give but two examples of a trend which the report described as worrisome.
