David D. Chen is a Senior Analyst at BluePath Labs, a government services consulting firm. The views expressed here are his own. Mr. Chen has over two decades of experience in analytic production and coordination examining key issues in the US-China relationship. He holds a Master’s degree from UC San Diego’s School of Global Strategy and Policy and has also studied at Nanjing University and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
