Dumitru Minzarari

Dumitru Minzarari is a PhD Candidate with the Department of Political Science at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Previously, he worked as the Secretary of State (for defense policy and international cooperation) with the Moldovan Ministry of Defense, held expert positions in OSCE field missions in Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan, and worked with a number of think tanks in the Republic of Moldova.
