George Mamulia

Dr. George Mamulia is a politologist, a Former State Counselor of foreign affairs of the personal staff of the President of Georgia (in the period of Eduard Shevardnadze) and a former diplomat. He worked in the Embassy of Georgia in Moscow in 1995-2000.
