Gerui Zhang

Second Lieutenant Gerui Zhang is a U.S. Army Logistics officer. He holds a BS in international affairs and Chinese from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has interned with the Center for Naval Analyses and conducted independent research on discourse analysis in the People’s Republic of China. His work on the People’s Liberation Army has been published extensively in The Jamestown Foundation’s China Brief. Upon completion of Logistics Basic Officer Leader Course, he will be assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division.
