TOKYO CONCERNED OVER DUMA VOTE.

A Japanese Foreign Ministry spokesman said in Tokyo yesterday that Japan supports the "sovereignty and independence of CIS member countries" and is "highly concerned" over the March 15 Duma vote denouncing the USSR’s disbandment.
