In Moscow yesterday, Duma chairman Gennady Seleznev cited President Boris Yeltsin as confirming his intention to pay an official visit to Ukraine for signing a framework treaty and an agreement on the division of the Black Sea Fleet. (Interfax-Ukraine, March 5)
