CHERNOMYRDIN: CHECHNYA TO VOTE DESPITE VIOLENCE.

Publication: Monitor Volume: 1 Issue: 147

But Chernomyrdin and Kulikov reportedly decided that "elections in the Chechen republic should take place despite all acts of terror and a scare campaign." (4)
