Marie Donovan
Marie Donovan is the Chief of Iran Analysis at Exovera’s Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis (CIRA). Her research focuses on the Iranian government and militaries’ roles in the Iranian economy as well as the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and its command structure. She has worked on Iran sanctions-related risk intelligence as an analyst at Kharon and on political and military issues as a senior analyst for the American Enterprise Institute’s Critical Threats Project. She holds a M.A in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from the University of Arizona and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College.
