Anton Mikhnenko

Anton Mikhnenko is the editor-in-chief of Ukrainian Defense Review, a journal of the Defense Express Media and Consulting Company. He is also the head of the Danube office in the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS). He holds degrees from the National Academy of Sciences’ Kyiv Law University (2008) and the National Aviation University’s Zhytomyr Korolev Military Institute of Radio Electronics (2002).

Mikhnenko is a regular contributor to Defense Express, the Arms Export and Defense Industry of Ukraine journal, and the Ukrainian Defense Review journal. Moreover, he is the author of several research reports and articles on defense industrial policies, defense industrial and procurement relations, and Ukrainian Armed Forces modernization, which have been published in the pages of numerous media outlets in Ukraine, including Mirror Weekly, Day, Livyi Bereg, and others. He has also lectured on “Manipulation in the Russian Media (under the Russian-Ukrainian war results)” in Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Romania and Moldova.
