Justas Kazlauskas
Justas Kazlauskas is in the defence track of the Create Lithuania talent program, seconded to the Ministry of Economy and Innovation to draft Lithuania’s first Defence Industry Development Strategy, a long-term framework to foster innovation and strengthen the national defence and security sector. An Oxford graduate in East European Studies, he has researched regional security, strategic corruption, and small-state diplomacy in Central and Eastern Europe, and contributed to USAID regional anti-corruption initiatives. He is currently undergoing officer training at the General Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania.
