BALTIC STATES AGREE TO RETURN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.

Representatives of the three Baltic states initialed an agreement that would require them to return, and to accept the return of, illegal immigrants, BNS reported June 13. The agreement was required for the three to be in a position to establish visa-free travel with the Nordic countries, an Estonian foreign ministry official said.
