CHERNOMYRDIN IN SWITZERLAND.

Russian prime minister Viktor Chernomyrdin arrives in Switzerland today for a four-day official visit. In addition to meeting with the Swiss government, he will deliver a speech at the World Economic Forum which opens in Davos tomorrow. Chernomyrdin is also expected to meet in Davos with the new UN secretary-general and representatives of the World Trade Organization, which Russia is eager to join. (Itar-Tass, January 29)
