DUDAYEV’S ADVICE TO MOSCOW.

In his recent news conference for Russian and foreign correspondents, a full transcript of which appears in the latest issue of a leading pro-democratic Moscow weekly, Chechen president Dzhokhar Dudayev made the following comment about Russia’s foreign policy tradition: "You suffer a bit from schizophrenia. You have a mania for dominating the world. You have this bacillus dwelling in you. This does you no good, only harm. You should be treated to get rid of the schizophrenic view that the entire humanity, the whole world owes the Russians something. Get rid of it and you will live in peace with everyone." (4)
