Russian defense minister Pavel Grachev said yesterday that he maintains good working relations with President Boris Yeltsin and suggested that the media has sensationalized rumors of his dismissal. Grachev added that, to date, he had no evidence that the president was dissatisfied with his performance. (Interfax, March 18)
