HUMAN-RIGHTS VIOLATIONS (II):

After the U.S. State Department reported the “use of indiscriminate force in Chechnya” and “arbitrary searches and detentions” of “citizens from the Caucasus and darker-skinned persons in general,” the Foreign Ministry said the Department has a “biased attitude” that ignores violations of the rights of Russians in Latvia and Estonia, not to mention NATO bombings in Yugoslavia and capital punishment, racial discrimination and anti-Semitism in the United States of America.
