Former RF finance minister and prominent reformer Boris Fedorov said that the mafia would not be able to exist “if the government wanted to fight it seriously.” Unfortunately, he told the February 25 Chelyabinskiy rabochy, “people at the top official positions do not set an example of honesty and dedication.” Asked whether it would be possible to have an honest Russian government, Fedorov said that it would, but only if 95% of the regime’s officials were dismissed.
