KOZYREV TO MEET EU, NATO MINISTERS.

On July 17, Russianforeign minister Andrei Kozyrev is to meet senior officials of the European Union to discuss a trade pact with that body, andwith other officials at NATO headquarters to discuss Russia’s"special relationship" with the Western defense alliance,Russian radio reported. Both sessions will take place in Brussels.
