The Karelian parliamentpassed a declaration which sets new stricter punishments for anyonewho exhibits a picture of any naked part of a human body in public,Izvestiya reported July 21. Makers of weight control tablets,for example, will now be required to take a picture of a barefoot off their packages, at least in Karelia.
