Minister of Emergency Situations Sergei Shoigu said that his ministry has launched a humanitarian airlift to implement the Russian government’s decision to support "the fraternal Serb people." Shoigu said that on their way home, the 15 Russian transport planes operating in the airlift would bring to Moscow Bosnian Serb children, whom Russia is determined to save from "extermination."
