RUSSIAN EMPLOYMENT CENTER FOR RETIRED OFFICERS ATTRACTS HIGH-RANKING CLIENTS.

A lieutenant general just retired from the Ministry of Defense and ten other generals headed the list of more than 50 officers who have applied to the Moscow Center for Employment of Reserve Servicemen in its first week in business.
