RYBKIN BLOC CHOOSES LIST AND NEW NAME

. The left-of-center electoral bloc headed by Duma chairman Ivan Rybkin has finally decided on a name — Soglasie, or "Concord" — and named its top candidates for the Duma elections. In addition to Rybkin himself, the bloc’s leading candidates include head of the Union of Realists and former Yeltsin close aide Yuri Petrov, academic economist and Reform Fund chief Stanislav Shatalin, the leader of the "Regions of Russia" movement, Artur Chilingarov, and former Komsomol leader Viktor Myshin.
