SUMMIT DATE CHANGED; PRIMAKOV VISIT TO U.S. IS SET.

The White House on March 7 confirmed a Russian report that the schedule for the summit meeting between the Russian and U.S. presidents has been moved up one day, and will now take place in Helsinki on March 19-20. In Moscow, meanwhile, it was announced that Foreign Minister Yevgeny Primakov will visit the U.S. on March 15-17 to further the preparations for the summit. (UPI, Itar-Tass, March 7)
