U.S. SAYS MOSCOW STILL A SPY THREAT.

A senior FBI official said on January 31 that the end of the Cold War has brought no slackening in foreign espionage operations against the U.S., and that his agency is currently investigating some 200 spy cases nationwide. Raymond A. Mislock was quoted as saying that the "Russians are still here" and that they maintain a contingent–the largest in the world–of foreign and military intelligence officers in Washington.
