UKRAINE AND GEORGIA TO DISCUSS EURASIAN CORRIDOR.

The creation of a Eurasian Transport Corridor is to be discussed during a visit to Georgia by Ukrainian prime minister Pavel Lazarenko. According to a Georgian official, Azerbaijan will also be involved in the project, which would stretch from Baku to Odessa. Ukraine plans to join an existing agreement on freight transport between Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. (Interfax, Itar-Tass, 4 November)
