WARSAW LAUDS RUSSIAN RELATIONS.

Polish president Aleksander Kwasniewski continues to speak positively of relations with Russia following his April 9 meeting in Moscow with Boris Yeltsin. (See Monitor, April 10) In a newspaper interview published yesterday, Kwasniewski said bilateral relations are increasingly characterized by benevolence and understanding. He added that most Russians have outlooks that are neither anti-Polish nor imperialist. (Itar-Tass, April 16)
