Export-Import Bank President James Harmon announced in Ashgabat that the United States is prepared to lend $2 billion – $3 billion for oil and gas projects. His talks in Ashgabat focused on building a trans-Caspian pipeline which would bring Turkmen gas to Azerbaijan and from there to Turkey and to Europe.
