Rachel Schneller
Rachel Schneller is a diplomat in residence at the Council on Foreign Relations. She joined the State Department in 2001 as a Foreign Service Officer and has served abroad in Macedonia, Guinea, and Iraq. In 2009 she was awarded an International Affairs Fellowship at the Council on Foreign Relations for her research on Iraq. She holds a Master’s in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
