Ayaz Museyibov is the head of the Strategic Planning and Development Department at the Baku-based Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of Azerbaijan Republic. He is also an adjunct lecturer at Azerbaijan Technical University, and a PhD candidate at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
