Colonel Kyle Marcrum is a US Army Indo-Pacific Foreign Area Officer, currently at the China Landpower Studies Center at the US Army War College. He has served at the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and as a military attaché in the People’s Republic of China, Bangladesh, and Taiwan.
