Mikael Pir-Budagyan
Mikael Pir-Budagyan specializes in Russian foreign policy, US-Russia relations, nuclear non-proliferation, and economic statecraft. He is a member of the Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security at the European Leadership Network. Previously, Mikael held positions at the Atlantic Council’s GeoEconomics Center, the Russia Matters Project at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, and the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy. He holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University.
